How Does This Justice Thing Work? 2

As I am watching the prosecutor in the George Zimmerman trial present his closing arguments, I wonder what rationale allows this kind of theater in a solemn, and important trial. The prosecutor is playing tapes of George Zimmerman’s interviews, and liberally imputing motives to Zimmerman that are purely speculative.

The prosecutor is making stuff up, things that are not supported by facts. He is speculating on what Zimmerman was thinking, and what Trayvon may have been thinking. This is pure fiction, and our legal system allows this kind of stuff.

Yeah, I know that defense lawyers are good at this kind of speculation, too. In all respect I realize that attorneys are allowed to present alternate scenarios in defense or prosecution of a person, but these bozo’s make stuff up that are in no way supported by the evidence.

It doesn’t take much intelligence to poke holes in the prosecutor’s arguments in view of the real evidenced. The prosecution is  manufacturing evidence in an effort to convict a man that the main stream media does not like.
